Is ASHA for everyone?
The land that ASHA is situated on is demanding, both physically, mentally, and energetically. Anyone attending a retreat or event at ASHA needs to be physically able and fit, as there is a lot of walking and hills present in daily activities. One also needs to be able to weather the elements. ASHA’s geographical location means that there is often a daily shift in temperatures and other weather conditions.

If one is suffering from serious mental health difficulties or are unstable, then it is not recommended that they visit ASHA. This is purely because we do not have resources to accommodate for one-to-one support at this depth.
If you have more questions on this topic, please contact us and we can help give more clarity.
What can I expect in terms of noise levels at ASHA?
As we are located in a tranquil, rural area, ASHA is generally quiet. However, you may hear wildlife and occasional barking from our resident dogs at night, so bringing earplugs is advised.
