A Seasonal Invitation to Live at ASHA
Alchemy Residential Club is a flexible summer residency at ASHA in Tuscany for creators, entrepreneurs, digital nomads, and practitioners. Combining community living with creative freedom, participants shape their own rhythm — working, collaborating, exploring nature, and joining optional practices such as movement, breathwork, and music while living within ASHA’s vibrant international community
Rather than a retreat or structured programme, ARC opens the land as a shared living environment for people who want to spend time here independently — working, creating, resting and enjoying the quiet rhythm of the Tuscan hills.
Guests stay across the campus in private rooms, cottages and shared houses while enjoying the wider ASHA environment: terraces and outdoor seating areas, a shared outdoor kitchen, the swimming pool, and the surrounding landscape of forests, streams and open valley views.
ARC attracts a diverse mix of people — remote workers, creatives, facilitators, slow travellers, and members of the wider ASHA and Alchemy of Breath community. Some come for a few days, others stay for weeks. What they share is a desire for simplicity, nature, and the company of thoughtful people.
It is not a hotel stay, and it is not a retreat. It is simply an opportunity to live at ASHA for a while.

Life during ARC
Life during ARC is intentionally open and lightly structured.
Guests live independently, sharing the campus and allowing community to form naturally through everyday moments — conversations over coffee, cooking in the outdoor kitchen, evening walks, or spontaneous gatherings around the pool.
People follow their own rhythms. Some work remotely during the day. Others write, walk, explore the surrounding countryside or simply enjoy time in nature.
Occasionally residents organise informal activities — creative circles, movement sessions or small gatherings. Retreats and trainings may also be taking place on the land during some ARC periods, and residents are often welcome to join certain sessions where space allows.
ARC works best when people arrive with a spirit of openness, curiosity and respect for shared spaces.

The Setting
ASHA is a 42-acre agriturismo and retreat campus located in the hills of southern Tuscany, close to the borders of Lazio and Umbria.
The land offers wide views across the valley, quiet terraces, outdoor gathering spaces and a swimming pool for warm afternoons. Beyond the property are forests, streams and beautiful hiking trails through the surrounding hills.
Nearby you’ll find the village of Castell’Azzara, just five minutes by car. The town offers cafés, small restaurants, grocery shops and basic services, while the wider region is dotted with historic hill towns, thermal springs and nature reserves.
This is a rural part of Tuscany — peaceful, spacious and largely untouched by mass tourism.

Who ARC Is For?
ARC tends to attract families, groups & individuals who enjoy living simply and sharing space with others.
Some guests are remote workers seeking a quiet base in nature. Others are writers, artists or practitioners looking for time to focus on their projects. Some are travellers passing through Tuscany who prefer meaningful environments over typical tourist accommodation.
Many guests have a connection with ASHA or the Alchemy of Breath community, while others discover the place for the first time and find themselves drawn into the atmosphere of the land.
The common thread is a shared appreciation for nature, creativity and thoughtful company.

Shared Spaces
During ARC, residents have access to the shared areas of the campus, including:
Certain practice spaces on the campus — such as the Dharma Den or the Nadi Shala — may occasionally be available when not in use. Guests can enquire with reception regarding availability.
