THE LAND
You will hear the difference
before you see it
There is no traffic here. No flight path. The loudest thing most mornings is wind through the oaks, and somewhere in the distance, trickling water.
ASHA sits on forty-two acres in the Maremma, the far south of Tuscany, where the coaches do not go. Wild boar cross the track at dusk. The stream runs all year. In August the fields go gold and the cicadas start at eleven and do not stop.
It is a working agriturismo, not a landscaped estate. The olives are for oil, the vegetables go to the kitchen. What people notice first is the quiet. What they notice second is what the quiet does to a group.
Whatever your people arrive carrying, this land has room for it.

THE ROOMS
A space that has held
this work before
The Dharma Den is timber, floor to ceiling, with a pellet stove in the corner and windows that look straight down the valley. Twelve people or more can sit in a circle and see each other properly. It is where a group goes inward, and where most winter weeks end up.
The Nadi Shala is a round yurt above the olive grove. Smaller, contained, and the room people describe afterwards as the one that held them. Sessions here tend to go deep quite fast.
The Prana Shala is open to the trees and wind, moving with whatever the afternoon is doing. It goes up for the warm months and comes down again, and it is where the loud work happens: movement, dance, the breathwork that needs room.
These rooms were built for group practice, not converted into it. They have held ceremony, month-long trainings and a great deal of joy.
They can hold yours too.
WHAT IT COSTS
And here is the part
nobody else will tell you
Most venues make you send an enquiry and wait three days for a number. We would rather you knew now, and decided for yourself whether this is worth a conversation.
One rate, per person, per night.
No minimum spend. No venue supplement. No surcharge for heating in January.
WHAT THE RATE BUYS
Everything below is included
Not add-ons. Not upgrades. Not something we surprise you with in the third email.
THE ROOM
A group room, yours alone
One of our cosy rooms - yours for the whole week. Nobody else uses it, books it, or walks through it while you are working.
THE LAND
Forty-two acres of it
Oak woods, streams, open field, and paths that start at the door. No gate to ask about, no opening hours. And if you're exclusive, then no other guests wondering who you are.
THE BEDS
Your people, together
We put your group in the same cottages. Nobody stranded on the far side of the campus. The week holds better when everyone wakes up in the same building.
THE WARMTH
Heated, all of it
Every room warm through the winter, included in the rate. Wood and pellet stoves in the communal spaces. A Tuscan January done properly.
THE KITCHEN
Six hobs and a pizza oven
A proper professional kitchen: two Vitamix, juicer, dehydrator, full prep kit. Cook as a group, which many find is half the retreat - or hand it to our team.
THE TEAM
Present, then invisible
Reception, arrivals, orientation, linen, the final clean. Our team knows when to step forward and when to disappear, which is most of the job.

SHARED OR EXCLUSIVE
At thirty people,
the gates close behind you
Bring fewer and the land is shared: a handful of residential guests, walking the same paths at a distance. Your room, your cottages and your week remain entirely your own. Bring thirty and there is nobody else here at all, and it costs you nothing extra.
WHO COMES HERE
Eight kinds of group,
one piece of land
ASHA was not built as a villa that happens to take bookings. It was built for people doing work that needs space, quiet, and a container that will hold it.
"From the first email to the closing circle, we felt completely supported. The team knew what we needed before we did."
