We are looking for like-minded and like-hearted people who are dedicated to service and shared values.
We are looking for individuals to come and help us all-year-round to run our Retreat Centre and Community Hub!

If you enjoy living and working in a culture committed to personal growth and inner work, and you look forward to embracing open, honest communication with people who lovingly respect the land, different cultures and belief systems, and the sacred nature of all living things… We want to hear from you!

We are currently in most need of the following skills:
Landscaping & tree maintenance
Physical labor & groundskeeping
Building & carpentry
Permaculture & gardening
Cleaning & general housekeeping
Maintenance

What we offer & ask for...

Work commitment of 25 hours each week

Free room and board (in shared accommodation)

Minimum commitment of 3 weeks with us on the land

Pick-up at and Drop-off at closest train station "Chiusi-Chianciano Terme"
(1 hour away from ASHA)

Get to know the local community by joining gatherings and local events
