Hybrid Booking Options

Are you worried about covering rental costs alone?

ASHA offers a unique Hybrid Booking option, allowing two retreat leaders or groups to share the ASHA retreat center simultaneously. This co-hosting arrangement helps reduce costs while maximizing the use of our serene and versatile space.

Both retreat leaders are treated as one booking party, meaning they must coordinate their retreats together, communicate directly, and jointly cover the payment for the center in one total sum.

With our diverse venues and holistic environment, ASHA can accommodate multiple retreat activities, ensuring privacy and ample space for individual programs while fostering a sense of shared community. Meal times will be shared by both groups, offering an additional opportunity for connection and integration between the retreats. Retreat leaders who choose Hybrid Booking have access to our full range of facilities with the added benefit of reducing costs through shared expenses.

Payment Schedule 

Booking Terms​

• A non-refundable 50% of the total booking amount is to be paid upon booking confirmation (within 5 days of the booking confirmation email).

• The remaining 50% of the total booking amount is to be paid 3 months (90 calendar days) before the event start date. Both payments are non-refundable.

• If you wish to pay in full upon booking, then you will receive a 5% discount on the total booking amount.

• Reservations are officially booked upon receipt of the initial 50% payment.

• If funds are not paid by the due dates, ASHA reserves the right to cancel the booking, without deposit refunds.

• It is the responsibility of the retreat organiser to take their own bookings using their own system, and to provide ASHA with the room count and allocations 10 days in advance from the event start date

Included in the booking price

• 3 x vegan meals each day (Full Board only)

• Final cleaning of rooms

• Daily cleaning of retreat centre venues (not individual rooms)

• Change of towels mid-week (for 6-night stays or longer)

• Electricity & Water

• Private swimming pool (during peak & shoulder seasons)

• Wood or pellet-fired oven (during off-peak season)

• Private parking area

• WiFi connection in Main House & surrounding area

• Use of retreat venues (season and availability-depending)
