DHARMA DEN

The Dharma Den has been a space of ritual, ceremony and reverence for the divine and eternal for many years. Made entirely of wood, and with its own toilet, it is the perfect place for ‘wintering’. Owing to it’s warmth, it is house to an indoor pellet stove, sound system, and many an instrument. At ASHA, we use it to hold Kirtan, Yoga, Breathwork sessions, workshops. and much more.

With the privacy of blackout curtains that can fully encapsulate the Den in darkness, it is also a place where your well-being team can hold private treatment sessions and ceremonies, or healing sessions.
