Meet the
ASHA Wellbeing Team

Our Wellbeing Team are the practitioners who hold space at ASHA year round, here on our land in Castell'Azzara, southern Tuscany. Breathwork facilitators, bodyworkers, reiki masters, sound practitioners and intuitive healers, each offering one to one sessions alongside the group work that shapes life here.

Their sessions are open to everyone who comes through ASHA. Whether you are here for a retreat, arriving for an event, or staying with us as a Residential Club guest, you can book time with any of the team throughout the year, subject to availability.

If you are leading your own retreat and would like to bring one of our practitioners into your programme, note this in the booking form and we will arrange it.
